Garbage
As reported by a resident, there have been some minor issues with putting an unsecured garbage bin out on a windy day. Our winds can be quite strong at times -- strong enough to open the lid of the bin and blow trash out into the road and neighboring yards. Securing lid with bungee cords or, at least, putting a rock on the lid can help with this issue. It can also help to keep wild animals out of the trash. Just for fun, I have attached a photo of a bear cub, taken at our place in Bozeman, trying to figure out how to get into a trash bin (empty by the way). It's so darn cute, I had to share.
