Paa-Ko Communities HOA Violation of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Policy

Attached is the Violations Policy which the HOA Board of Directors intends to adopt as well as a copy of the First Notice of Violation letter that will be sent out.

Service for George Malone

Long time Paa-Ko resident, George Malone, passed away on June 19th.

George and his wife, Nancy, have been members of our community since 1995.

There will be a Military graves service on Tuesday, July 9th at 12:30 pm.  It will be held at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Santa Fe.
