Paa-Ko Communities HOA Violation of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Policy

Attached is the Violations Policy as well as a copy of the First Notice of Violation letter that will be sent out.  The Paa-Ko Board of Directors voted to adopt this policy at their Board Meeting on November 3rd.  Please review, as this is now in effect.
