Paa-Ko Amenities Regulations and Use Guidance

REVISED BY AMENITIES COMMITTEE MEMBERS
APPROVED BY BOARD MAJORITY ON NOVEMBER 29, 2022

The revised operating guidelines and the rules regarding use of the Paa-Ko recreation facility are attached. The notice of the Board’s consideration of the Committee’s recommended changes was announced at our October HOA Meeting and posted to this website shortly after that session. We aggressively sought input from the Amenities membership and considered all comments and concerns presented by people who took the time to engage.
