New Paa-Ko Community Website and Resident Portal
The Paa-Ko Communities HOA Board of Directors is pleased to announce our new community website and resident portal will be live on July 15, 2024. You can visit the new website by going to https://paa-kocommunities.com/ On July 15, 2024 you will receive an email invitation from HOAMCO with a link to sign up for the new Paa-Ko Communities HOA Frontsteps Community Portal. When you click the link you will have the opportunity to create a unique password to log-in to the portal where you can:
Pay assessments and schedule recurring payments
Access Association documents
View community events
Receive Newsletters
Receive notifications for community announcements
