On Wednesday, July 23rd at 3:30 pm, there will be a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Paa-Ko Communities Sewer Association.  It will be held at the Paa-Ko Event Center.

On the Agenda
1.   Vote to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 18, 2025.

2.   Report from Prodigy Builders.

3.   Discuss, review & vote to approve 2nd Quarter 2025 financials to be submitted to NM Department of Finance & Admin.             
4.   Continued discussion on progress of the PER (Engineering Report) from Molzen Corbin which was approved for extension               to September 1, 2025.

5.   Final, review & vote to approve the revised summary memo for PCSA membership responsibilities and general outline of the           operations of the Paa-Ko sewer system and wastewater treatment facility (to be forwarded to members via email listing and as       an enclosure in the mailed 2025 PCSA Annual member meeting notice.

6.   Discussion on issues pertaining to the extension of service area to the San Antonito Elementary School (outside of the Paa-Ko        Master Plan); and for the addition of a middle school adjacent to the existing East Mountain High School.
