If you are planning on being out of town and want Paa-Ko Security to monitor your home, attached is the vacation form that needs to be filled out and signed, then turned in at the Paa-Ko Sales Office.  This form gives permission to the Paa-Ko Security person to check your property while you are gone.  Once you fill it out,  you may hand deliver it to the office, or email it to them at paako-sales-admin@comcast.net, or, you may fax to the office at 505-281-8993

Please print clearly!  The form MUST BE SIGNED BY YOU BEFORE YOUR PROPERTY CAN BE CHECKED!
