Please exercise caution when driving on the north end of Paa-Ko.  The Wild Horses of San Pedro Creek have become frequent visitors to that side of our neighborhood  This past week, they were meandering up Raindance in the middle of the road.  The resident who saw them had to step out into the road to slow down several vehicles coming around a blind curve.  

A few weeks ago in San Pedro Creek, two horses were killed by vehicles going too fast.

Please be extra careful in this area.

There will be a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Paa-Ko Communities Sewer Association on Wednesday March 25th at 1:30 pm to be held at the Paa-Ko Event Center.

Items on the Agenda include:
1 - Approve minutes of the Annual Meeting of the BOD on 1/22/26
2 - Report from Prodigy Builders
3 - Discuss, review, and vote to approve selection of audit firm for PCSA for next 3 year term
4 - Continued discussion and next steps to schedule a community  PCSA member meeting to cover issues pertaining to the     extension of service area to San Antonito Elementary School (outside of Paa-Ko Master Plan) and create process for a vote for approval by the members.
5- Continued discussion and review of draft proposals from PCSA attorney for changes to the PCSA Articles of Incorporation and Amended and Restated Bylaws (and previous amendments).
6 - Any other business that may come before the Board
